Yannick Mayaud announced as new Musical director of the Philharmonie du COGE in Paris

The Philharmonie du COGE, an amateur orchestra and choir based in Paris, have selected Yannick Mayaud as their new Musical director from 2026 onwards. Yannick will conduct the 70-strong orchestra and 50-strong choir in three concerts per year in close collaboration with chorus director Grégoire Michaud, exploring repertoire not usually tackled by amateur ensembles.

The Philharmonie is one of three groups in the COGE association, with a rich 40-year history of high-level music making.
